NRI Trump Supporter base assures Indian IT Workers

Non-residents in USA, especially Donald Trump’s supporter base, has sent out positive signals to aspiring Indian IT workers. Shalabh Kumar, a well-known Indian businessperson and a hardcore Trump supporter, has said that trade hurdles between US and India would fade away in the coming days. He further stated that the dilemma over the new H-1B visa norms has been overemphasized, sending out positive signals to the Indian tech workers.

Mr Shalabh Kumar came into limelight when he donated just below $ 900,000 for Donald Trump’s election campaign. He stated that President Trump himself is a businessperson and knows how to spur development in United States.  Mr. Shalab Kumar has further said that Trump is well aware of the importance of global talent, especially in IT sector, to develop the American Economy. According to the Indian businessperson, IT workers, especially from India are needed for US economy to grow at 4 to 5 percent. Mr. Kumar reminded that the Trump administration would only check the irregularities in existing H-1B and L-1 Visa norms in order to stop misuse.

In an interaction with Press Trust of India, Mr. Kumar, CEO at VG Advanced technologies has stated that there is no need to worry about twisted orders.

The business community across USA believes that India would play a major role in America’s growth. Dismissing all the criticism on the new H-1B and L-1 Visa draft, Mr. Kumar has assured Indian IT industry and tech workers that the situation would improve in coming days.

On the other hand, Tech Community moguls including Tim Cook, Mark Zuckerberg along with others have submitted a letter to the Trump administration protesting ban on refugees and changes to the new visa norms.
